KUALA LUMPUR, July 24 — The High Court was told today that former 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy and its former chairman Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah cannot be liable for losses incurred by the company, due to irregularities committed by others.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 18 — The High Court set March 3 as the new date to decide whether former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and former 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy will be acquitted or ordered to enter their defence on the audit tampering case.
